The bad news is that a lot of people dont stick to a routine and get bored. They either try to find a new one or they get bored and start doing something else. This is why exercising is so important. The thing is, people who exercise often get bored. For example, I have a friend who runs with every other day. She takes her dog with her to the park and runs with him all day. She then stays at home and gets bored. This is a very common problem. You can actually make it worse because exercise can help you stay away from home. If you have someone you can always pop into town for a workout, that’s great.

Instead, we’ve focused on making choices that are good and avoid bad choices.
